The concept is straightforward and future-proof: create solar area without sealing additional land \u2013 using existing infrastructure twice.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Die besondere Herausforderung: Schneckenhebewerk und Anlagentechnik m\u00fcssen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig gewartet werden, oft auch mit \nKranunterst\u00fctzung. Eine klassische, fest montierte PV-Unterkonstruktion h\u00e4tte hier die Zug\u00e4nglichkeit massiv eingeschr\u00e4nkt. Unsere \nL\u00f6sung war daher ein modularer Aufbau: Module, Unterkonstruktion und Verkabelung wurden auf Skids vormontiert, die sich schnell \nund effektiv abkranen lassen. So bleibt der Zugang zu den Schnecken frei, wenn es darauf ankommt.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Gefertigt wurde die Stahlkonstruktion in Ramec 1. Das Ergebnis ist eine robuste, wartungsfreundliche \u00dcberdachung, die das Kl\u00e4rwerk um \neine zus\u00e4tzliche, nachhaltige Energiequelle erweitert \u2013 ohne Kompromisse bei Betriebssicherheit und Servicefreundlichkeit.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Besonders wichtig war die Abstimmung mit dem laufenden Anlagenbetrieb: Fertigung, Vormontage und Lieferung wurden so geplant, \ndass Stillstandszeiten minimiert bleiben.
