The focal point was a distillation process requiring the highest standards in pipeline construction and plant planning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Challenges:<\/strong> Thousands of pipelines had to be laid in a confined space, while keeping production and assembly times as short as possible. Additional complexity arose from the need for different grades of stainless steel (primarily 304L\/316L) to ensure chemical resistance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong> We relied on prefabricated plant components assembled in Cairo before shipment to Istanbul. Thanks to meticulous planning, all piping systems were completed and commissioned within just two months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Result:<\/strong> By using this modular approach, on-site assembly time was drastically reduced.
