The focus was on large-scale steel production to enable rapid expansion of public transportation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Challenges:<\/strong> The project\u2019s huge volume requirements and tight schedule demanded a highly efficient manufacturing process. Moreover, precise structural calculations were essential to ensure the monorail\u2019s safe and stable operation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong> We set up an optimized production line for serial fabrication of consoles, beams, and walkways. Advanced welding methods and continuous quality checks guaranteed that each section met the required standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Result:<\/strong> Within nine months, we delivered the necessary steel components in large quantities while maintaining consistent quality.
