The entire structure had to be erected in the shortest possible time to expedite production start-up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Challenges:<\/strong> Complex skids with up to 120 pre-installed pipelines required highly detailed planning and execution. Moreover, special equipment from Germany and Italy had to be tested in Cairo before being shipped to Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong> We designed and fabricated all modules at our facility, conducting trial assemblies and functionality checks there, which drastically reduced on-site installation time. Following a just-in-time approach, the finalized plant design was assembled in Pakistan and commissioned within just two months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Result:<\/strong> The client benefited from swift project execution with minimal downtime.
