Introduction:<\/strong> In Africa, we built five massive towers for a German machinery manufacturer, serving as bases for various machine units. These towers had to meet stringent structural requirements while remaining adaptable for different machine configurations.<\/p>\n Challenges:<\/strong> The installation took place in tight halls, requiring complex logistics and specialized lifting methods. Moreover, impeccable dimensional accuracy was necessary so that machines could be mounted precisely later on.<\/p>\n Solution:<\/strong> We produced the steel framework in the form of modular tower segments, which were then assembled on site with millimeter precision. Thorough pre-planning and close coordination with the machinery manufacturer enabled a delay-free completion.<\/p>\n Result:<\/strong> The five towers stand firmly and provide sufficient load capacity for the subsequent machine installations.
